How can I get a better price?
The price is negotiable and can be adjusted according to quantity or package. Returning customers can receive special discounts.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, 1 or 2 samples can be provided for free. Air freight is either collect or paid in advance. Shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 5-7 days.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock goods, the MOQ is 1000pcs. For OEM/custom styles, the MOQ is 20,000pcs. We recommend quantities that ensure cost-effectiveness for our customers.
Do you accept customized orders and logos?
Yes, customization is our specialty. You can send your bottle design and logo; we can construct new molds, emboss, or print logos via screen printing, hot stamping, or labeling.
How do you ensure product quality?
We perform 4 steps of QC: 1. Measuring tests (weight, dimensions); 2. Destructive testing (pressure, thermal shock); 3. 100% inline machine testing (cracks, impurities); 4. Random manual inspections during production.
What happens if products arrive broken?
We usually ship 1% extra glass bottles to cover potential breakage. If breakage exceeds this amount, we can discuss compensation in your next order.
