What determines the price of the glass vials?
The price depends on the specific vial type, your order quantity, and the chosen packaging method.
Can you manufacture vials based on our specific design?
Yes, we can customize glass vials. Please provide your technical drawing or a real sample, and we will create a production drawing for your approval.
What is the typical lead time for samples and production?
Once the drawing is approved, making the sample unit mold takes approximately 20 days, and sampling takes 10 days. After sample approval, mass production typically requires around 35 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 1X40HQ container.
What are your standard payment and shipping terms?
We accept a 30% T/T deposit, with the 70% balance due before loading. Since glass is considered heavy cargo, shipping is usually handled via sea or rail.
How is quality inspection handled for different lot sizes?
We follow strict inspection levels (Level 1 and Level 2) where the number of inspected samples scales with the lot size, ranging from small batches to over 500,000 pieces to maintain consistency.
